If you work with children, youth, and families experiencing homelessness, you are a trusted resource and can help introduce this valuable tool to those who can benefit the most. This toolkit includes several tools and tips to help you spread the word.

Finding immediate and long-term resources for children and youth experiencing homelessness and their families can be overwhelming for them and the professionals who support them. Finding Your Way in PA app is a simple and effective way to empower children, youth, and their families experiencing homelessness to search for and contact a variety of services for shelter, food, health and mental health, education, and work.

Register as a service provider to claim your service

You can maintain your agency’s information in the app in real time. The more services and information listed, the more children, youth, and families experiencing homelessness are served.

To claim your service:

• Sign up as a service provider at https://findingyourwayinpa.app/login.
• Accept the terms and conditions.
• Search for your agency in the search bar and click on the agency name you want to claim.
• Scroll to the bottom of your agency’s entry and click “Claim Service to Manage.”
• Once your request is approved, you can update your agency’s information and maintain your service in the app using the manage services tab found in the side bar menu.

Not listed in the app? Add your service.

To add your service:

• Sign up as a service provider at https://findingyourwayinpa.app/login.
• Accept the terms and conditions.
• Visit the side bar menu and select “add service“. Complete your service description.
• Your request to add your service(s) will be reviewed.
• Once your request is approved, you can update your agency’s information and maintain your service in the app using the manage services tab found in the side bar menu.
